PRESIDENT

Purpose: MEGA is committed to creating a positive and respectful environment for all members. This policy outlines the expected behavior and standards of conduct for all participants.
Respect and fairness: Treat all members, officials, and participants with respect, regardless of their background or abilities.
Harassment-free environment: Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, or bullying.
Sportsmanship and fair play: Maintain good sportsmanship and fair play in all gaming activities.
Intellectual property: Respect the intellectual property rights of others.
Compliance with rules: Follow the rules and guidelines established by MEGA for tournaments and events.
No cheating or hacking: Refrain from cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics.

Criteria: Prospective members (clans) of MEGA must have a minimum of 10 members. Members must have the official version of the game, and have access to communication channels.
Rights and Privileges: Access to community events, participation in tournaments, inclusion in clan directory, networking opportunities, leadership positions, voting rights, and enhanced visibility.
Application and Approval Process: Prospective members must submit an application form, which will be reviewed and verified by MEGA. Approved applicants will be granted Associate Member status.
Termination or Suspension: MEGA reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership for violations of the Code of Conduct or non-compliance with policies.
Grievance and Appeals Process: A formal process is in place for members to submit complaints or grievances, which will be reviewed and resolved by a designated committee or authority.
